None of us like to be taken for granted, but Appreciation goes beyond saying ‘thank you’.
Feeling like our work matters and being involved in decisions that affect us go a long way to us feeling appreciated.
Like with many aspects of virtual teamwork, we need to be deliberate in some of our actions and that includes showing appreciation for taking the initiative, being creative and getting results.
